Return & Refund Policy

Custom & Personalized Orders Because our products are personalized with your specific images and approved by you prior to production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer error. All sales of personalized items are final once the order is placed.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@uvflex.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To start a damage claim, you must include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo of the damaged item.

  3. A photo of the packaging it arrived in.

If the damage is verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
