Production & Shipping Policy

Approval Process Since every item is custom-made, production does not begin until you have approved the final proof of your design. Please check your email frequently after ordering to avoid delays.

Production Time (How long it takes to make)

• Standard Orders: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for production after artwork approval.

• Rush Orders: Orders placed with "Priority Processing" are produced within 1 business day of artwork approval.

Shipping Time (How long it takes to arrive) Once your item leaves our shop, delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.
